C & K Family Store charges 10% of the total purchase order for shipping and handling. Because we value our customers we offer free shipping and handling for all orders over $50.00 excluding those orders requested as Rush Orders.  Please note that some items may require additional charges for shipping and handling due to their size and /or weight. 

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for delivery of imprinted material.

 For maximum protection every order shipped is fully insured against loss, pilferage, and damage.

RUSH ORDERS:

When rush orders are received our shipping department checks with the carrier to determine if delivery can be assured by surface shipment. If there is doubt, or surface delivery is not possible C & K family Store assumes the rush date is critical and will ship by air. Customers who place a rush order must assume responsibility for air charges if air delivery is needed to meet the delivery date. If merchandise is needed by a specific date but air charges are not practical please advise on your order " Do Not Ship By Air ". Our policy at all times is to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.  Ordering a "Rush Order" should only be used in an emergency.
